We are Nicole and Don, two leaders committed to solving some of the toughest social challenges. For 20 years, we designed, launched, and managed education, health, racial, and economic justice initiatives. These days, we guide purpose-driven people at foundations, nonprofits, mission-first for-profits, NGOs and governments to design strategies and build structures that endure.
